- An Initial Assessment consisting of;
- Health & lifestyle screening, body fat measurements, postural assessment, fitness testing and goal setting
- Diet / Nutrition Review and advice
- A structured and progressive training programme
- Regular one-to-one tough but enjoyable training sessions
- Regular progress checks and reviews of goals, targets etc
