August 2010 Update

Lots of news from Summit Fitness this month, starting with a new qualification to add to the list as we can now announce that Pete Morton is a fully qualified Kettlebell Instructor!

In upcoming events -

The 2010 Bristol Half Marathon is now only 5 weeks away, so anyone aiming to complete the 13.1mile course should be up to running at least 8 miles at a time by this point in their training. 

As a reward for your efforts, I am offering FREE ‘Improve Your Running’ consultations that can be booked for either before or after the day. These can be held at Esporta, The Berkeley Centre, or at Bristol’s Specialist Running Shop, Easy Runner.

July Client Of The Month

Congratulations to our Client Of The Month for July – Lisa Morgan! Lisa has been training weekly with Peter with the aim of weight loss for health and dropping dress sizes for a family wedding. Through her commitment to exercise and willingness to change her eating habits, Lisa has dropped almost 2 dress sizes and will be looking great for that wedding!

Well done Lisa – Keep Up The Hard Work!
