A big shout must go out to our Client Of The Month for September, Peter Rattigan! Peter has been training with Summit Fitness for 10 months now. As a keen cyclist, Peter had a solid level of CV fitness, but needed to improve his balance and posture for a very tough challenge – trekking up Mount Kilimanjaro. Along with his partner Veronica, they trained hard, and were rewarded with the achievement of reaching the summit of the world’s highest volcano.
